- Introduction
Welcome to Moor2Sea Outdoors. By booking and participating in our outdoor adventure activities, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both Moor2Sea Outdoors and our clients to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made online, via email or via telephone. Bookings made via email or telephone are not confirmed until a conformation email from Moor2Sea Outdoors is received.
Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Phone or email bookings for larger groups require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance for group bookings must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the activity date.
In the case of client failure to pay the balance of a booking 30 days prior to the activity date, Moor2Sea reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the activity date will incur a 25% charge of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the activity date will incur a 100% charge of the total booking cost.
Moor2Sea Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, government law or action, pandemic or epidemic or staff unavailability. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative activity, alternative date or a full refund at the discretion of Moor2Sea Outdoors.
Moor2Sea reserves the right to alter or substitute the activity if conditions dictate without change to the session cost.
4. Participant Requirements
Participants must be physically fit and able to take part in outdoor activities.
For coasteering, clients must be confident in the water and able to swim 50 meters in a buoyancy aid and 10 meters unaided.
Any medical conditions or disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Clients must follow the instructions of Moor2Sea Outdoors staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.
Any client who is, or is suspected to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately removed from the activity without refund.
5. Safety and Conduct
Moor2Sea Outdoors prioritises safety and requires all participants to adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate equipment.
Any reckless or dangerous behaviour will result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.
Moor2Sea Outdoors is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during activities.
6. Liability and Insurance
While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of participants, outdoor activities inherently carry risks. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Moor2Sea Outdoors is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information set out or referred to in the contract and all further information and documents provided at any time in connection with the contract are and shall be strictly private and confidential and neither party shall (and shall ensure that it’s employees do not) disclose or hand over any such information or documents to any third party. All such information and documents shall be kept confidential by both parties and shall be used only for the performance of the contract.
8. Photography
We often take photographs and videos for promotional and training purposes. Groups may be photographed whilst on activities. These photos may be used on the Company web site, social media or in a future brochure or publication. If any client or member of your group does not wish to be photographed, you must tell the photographer who will always respect their wishes.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Moor2Sea Outdoors reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
