Guided Rock Climbing Adventures - Dartmoor
£225 per course
For ages 18+
This session only runs for individuals or pairs, giving you the freedom to have the climbing experience you’ve always dreamed of. So a perfect option for more experienced climbers looking to be introduced to the magic of Dartmoor granite. When you book, your guide will set up a call to talk through your goals and interests, helping us choose the right venue for you. Throughout the day we’ll check your skills and help refine your techniques. We will guide you up as many routes as we can and take photos for you in the process. (And we’ll do better than the usual “bum shots” you get from your belayer).
We utilise having Dartmoor right on our doorstep. Some of our favourite venues are The Dewerstone near Plymouth, Houndtor and Haytor not far from Newton Abbot, and Chudleigh Rock close to Exeter. Develop new skills whilst experiencing our favourite parts of rural South Devon.
Dartmoor is banked on both sides by the A38 and A30, making a remote Dartmoor experience an accessible day out from Exeter, Okehampton, Plymouth, Torbay, Newton Abbot and surrounding areas.

Learn To Rig - Dartmoor
£195 per course
For ages 18+
Does what it says on the tin; aimed at the parents of those little monkeys who can’t get enough of their climbing! You’ll leave the session with the knowledge and skills to set up safe top roping systems. As well as belaying your children while they climb, and understanding some simple rescue techniques to ensure you feel confident in your ability to look after your children. This is a full day course which covers gear placement and understanding climbing forces, keeping yourself safe while rigging, building anchors and belaying/lowering skills.
